Through our partnership with Notary Hub, a trusted platform certified by MISMO and utilizing Knowledge Base Authentication, we ensure the highest level of security for your transactions.
How does it work? After purchasing your document from Real Estate Title Solutions, simply add our RON service as a bundle for an additional $25 per notary, per signer. Our seamless process guides you through the steps, verifying your identity and securely notarizing your document online.

Electronic Recording (E-Recording)
Say goodbye to lengthy trips to the County Recorder’s Office. With our E-Recording services, you can submit your documents for recording electronically, saving you time and hassle.
E-Recording allows to electronically submit your documents for recording with the County Recorder’s Office. Our E-Recording services are facilitated by knowledgeable professionals and title experts who are well-versed in the County Recorder’s requirements. This ensures the proper submission of your documents, minimizing errors and delays in the recording process. Clark County, Nevada:
Our E-recording fee is $89 per document (regardless of the number of pages), this includes County standard recording fee which covers a range of documents including Deeds, Deeds of Trusts, Mortgages, and Liens.
Real Property Transfer Tax, if applicable, is an additional charge of $2.55 per $500 of value.
Nye County, Nevada:
Our E-recording fee is $84 per document (regardless of the number of pages), this includes County standard recording fee which covers a range of documents including Deeds, Deeds of Trusts, Mortgages, and Liens.
Real Property Transfer Tax, if applicable, is an additional charge of $1.95 per $500 of value.
Washoe County, Nevada:
Our E-recording fee is $90 per document (regardless of the number of pages), this includes the County standard recording fee which covers a range of documents including Deeds, Deeds of Trusts, Mortgages, and Liens.
Real Property Transfer Tax, if applicable, is an additional charge of $2.05 per $500 of value.
